I’m Jeni, a somatic and breathing therapist living and working in the beautiful town of Ashburton nestling on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon.
My mission is to offer integrated body and breathing therapy for people who are on a journey of profound healing and transformation. Together, we facilitate a journey of rediscovery, reconnecting you with your body and breath as powerful tools to reclaim your power and sovereignty so that you can live a fully embodied life.
I specialise in body and breath-first approaches to support people to move beyond anxiety and trauma. But this work is much more than a practical and effective means to restore safety and balance in your nervous system. It’s also a sacred call to honour the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit that will guide you toward greater vitality, resilience and inner peace.

My own journey into body therapy and breathwork started over 15 years ago, following years of struggling with deep-rooted emotional and physical trauma, along with chronic fatigue and pain.
Faced with a number of diagnoses but no real support, I embarked on my own transformative journey to chart a path through the (then) little-known terrain of emotional anatomy and nervous system healing.
Put simply, I fell in love with the very act of reconnecting with and fully experiencing my body and breath for what felt like the first time. And in doing so, I found an inner sense of self-love, compassion and empowerment that I’d never experienced before.
In time, I went on to qualify in a number of body and breathing therapies, to support other people on their journey. I have over 800 hours of training, including Advanced Integrated Myofascial Therapy, Trauma-Informed Practice, Oxygen Advantage Advanced Breathing Therapy, Energy Healing, and accreditations in Holistic and Deep Massage from esteemed institutions such as the Massage Training Institute (MTI) and Myofascial Release UK (MFR UK).
Having found my own way to freedom through my body and breath, I feel honoured to share this work with others who also want to walk the path of self-discovery and healing.
My person-centred and strengths-based approach places you firmly at the heart of your own healing process. Whether you are navigating the complexities of physical and emotional trauma, chronic stress or long-term conditions, persistent pain or dysfunctional breathing patterns, we work together to help you connect with your inner wisdom and strength so that you can move towards embodied wellness.
As a shamanic practitioner with a background in research communications and a passion for anatomy and neuroscience, my approach integrates science and spirit – serving as a bridge between conventional therapies and soul-centred healing modalities.
Sessions are an integrated blend of soul-bodywork (including myofascial release and holistic massage), somatic journeying and breathwork – facilitating deep healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
The emphasis is on co-creating magic through touch and breath, to foster resilience and cultivate empowered wellbeing.
