Knowing there is a disconnect between you, your body and your breath can feel disorienting and disempowering. Feeling this sense of disembodiment can prevent us from truly showing up in our own life-story. 

You may feel on edge all of the time, hypervigilant to threat, overly reactive to triggers, and unable to relax or feel safe in your body and breath. You may also have external manifestations of this inner conflict, such as breathing problems, neuroplastic / persistent pain, long-term conditions, or other physical issues such as jaw or neck tightness or pelvic floor problems.

In some instances, disembodiment, dissociation and dis-ease in the body and breath can be as a result of emotional or physical trauma or ongoing stress. These examples may be signs of an autonomic nervous system that has been under pressure and running on empty for too long. 

I work with people of all ages and from all walks of life, using innovative somatic and breathing approaches to help you reclaim your power, vitality and joy. 

These approaches are rooted in science and guided by spirit. They are based on extensive professional bodywork and breath training, and the latest scientific research and evidence-based practices, combined with my own lived experience of trauma, disembodiment and breathing problems.
